Birthday Dinner Outfit review PART I

May is the month of getting spoilt for me as it is my birthday month and I am sad that it is gone now. This year I was blessed enough to celebrate it twice, once a dinner date with my better half @Novotel Kolkata and second is of course a family dinner.Yeah I know that I am bit late in reviewing my outfit but as I always say "It is better late than never".In this post I am going to share what I chose to wear in my pre-birthday dinner.In our busy schedule we find online shopping very convenient and as I normally do, I picked a Dorothy Perkins prom dress from www.jabong.com. Whenever I have to dress for an important day I always tend to choose pink or black and this time it was no exception.

As you can see I chose to wear this beautiful floral off shoulder dress Dorothy, paired it up with a summer jacket  and a pair of pink stilettos from the same brand .


For makeup it was winked eyes with bold lips.The most essential thing for a long lasting makeup is the base, moisturizer and primer.


 Before applying the foundation I applied my daily moisturizer from Clinque and DIORSKIN CRYSTAL NUDE Primer.Covering dark circles and blemishes is also a much needed step for a flawless makeup. I use TBS's concealer for covering my blemishes and Revlon's COLORSTAY Whipped creme makeup as a foundation, for compact it is again DIORSKIN NUDE NATURAL GLOW SCULPTING POWDER MAKEUP.


 I created my pinky blush using the TBS's dual blusher. For bold and matte lips I opted for MAC MORE TO LOVE Pro Long-wear Lip Pencil and L'Oreal Matt Lipstick.

I used L'Oreal gel eyeliner for the winked effect,L'Oreal 2 in 1 mascara with a primer and pink and silver shades from the Chanel palette of eye shadows.
