Make Chinese @ home - Chilli Soyabean for veggies

Below is the recipe for Chilli Soyabeans specially for those friends of mine who are planning to go on a veg diet....VEGGIES can be yummy toooo......
Preparation Time: 10-15 mins
Cooking Time: 2Ingredients -
- 1 small cup of soya chunks (nuggets)
- Paste of ginger and garlic ( available readymade in market)
- 4 to 5 green chillies
- 1 small sized capsicum, finely chopped
- 2 chopped spring onions
- 4 tbsp oil (can use olive oil, I have used sunflower oil)
- Soya Sauce, Vinegar,Tomato Sauce, Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Salt to taste
Method -
Soak the Soyabeans in a pan of hot water with salt for 10mins and keep them aside.
Add a little vinegar.Then heat fry 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry them till light brown.
Keep them aside and add 1 tbsp of oil again,heat it. Add ginger garlic paste and onions.
Fry them till they are brown.Now add the capsicum, green chillies and tomatos.
Cook them for 5mins in high flame and add the soya nuggets.
When they are half cooked add soya sauce.Mix it well and add Tomato Sauce and Sweet Chilli Sauce. Cover the pan for 5mins in low flame and your tasy, yummy, healthy Chilli Soya Bean is ready!!!!
